Dr.Oz’s Green Juice- from Dr.Oz’s Three-day Juice Cleanse
Combine: four celery stalks, one cucumber, one cup of kale, one-half green apple, one-half lime, one tablespoon coconut oil, half-cup of almond milk and one cup of pineapple. Very powerful “green” flavor and the celery, lime and coconut give it a kick.
Better Beet juice
Combine: two beets, two apples, one cup of kale, one cup of spinach until blended. If the mixture is too thick, add ice or water to blend. Beets have a powerful flavor, and apples tend to add sweetness. Still not sweet enough to make you think you aren’t drinking beets? Add red grapes.
Combine: two apples, four carrots, and one-inch piece of raw ginger and ice until blended. I love adding ginger to any juice, especially when I feel a cold coming on or sinus pressure this time of year.
