We are excited to announce that we are now offering yoga at Simply Balanced. Yoga focuses on mobilizing the body while building strength and balance. Though we plan to offer multiple styles of yoga as our studio grows, we currently offer group Vinyasa yoga classes. Vinyasa yoga focuses on flow by linking movement and breath. The classes are designed to be physically challenging while concentrating on proper form and alignment.

Who does Yoga?

People of all ages and fitness levels practice Yoga and benefit in many different ways. Our clients range from athletes looking to enhance their performance, to those with specific imbalances and injuries, to everyone in between.

How do I start?

Is it your first time practicing yoga? Great! We suggest just jumping into a class. The classes are designed for a varied level of students and are always open to beginning and intermediate yogis alike.

Sign up online at SBalanced.com to reserve your space. Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis, so we can’t promise a space in a class if a reservation is not made. Also, please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy.
