You will learn how to do assessments that will help you to know what muscles need to be stretched and what muscles need to be strengthened.
Body mechanics refers to the way the body moves, and posture plays an important role in body mechanics. In The Body 2 you?ll learn correct ankle, knee, and hip tracking, movement patterns of the leg and foot when leaving ?the gait,? correct wrist, elbow, and shoulder positioning, scapular ?winging,? and joint hyper-extension.
As a Pilates professional you will also need to be prepared to deal with a host of bodily ?issues? that come along with every client. For that reason there is an extensive special conditions section covered in The Body 2 to help you prepare for all of your clients to come.
